Precision-engineered infrastructure for life-critical environments. Complete design, medical-grade installation, and continuous compliance support for modern healthcare facilities.
Engineered for absolute continuity of operation and patient safety. Our medical gas pipeline systems provide rigorous compliance and uninterrupted flow to critical clinical zones.
Continuous delivery systems engineered for life-support environments. Incorporates automatic manifold switchovers and multi-compressor redundancy to guarantee zero flow interruption and certified clinical purity.
High-efficiency medical vacuum networks and Anaesthetic Gas Scavenging Systems (AGSS). Designed to eliminate hazardous environmental exposure in operating theatres, ensuring clinical safety guidelines are met with precision.
Our clinical engineering team deploys advanced medical gas pipeline systems designed for absolute reliability and patient safety. Every phase of our process is executed by certified professionals adhering to stringent global healthcare standards.
Answers to the questions hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and laboratories most often ask before planning a medical gas pipeline installation.
A complete system usually has a supply source (oxygen manifold or plant, medical air compressor, vacuum pumps), copper distribution pipework, zone valve boxes, area alarms, and terminal outlets at each bed or point of use. We design every part around your facility layout and the demand of each clinical area.
Most facilities need outlets in ICUs, operation theatres, recovery, emergency, NICU, wards and some laboratories. The number and type of outlets for oxygen, medical air and vacuum depend on how each area is used, so we finalise the layout with your clinical and facilities team during planning.
It depends on the size of the facility, the number of outlets, and whether the building is new or already in use. A single ward or small clinic can be completed far sooner than a multi-floor hospital, which is usually phased. After the site survey we share a clear schedule for your project.
Yes. Work in an operating hospital is planned zone by zone, with isolation and temporary supply arrangements agreed with the hospital in advance, so patient areas stay supplied and disruption is kept to a minimum.
Before any outlet is put into use, the pipeline goes through pressure and leak testing, cross-connection checks to confirm every outlet delivers the correct gas, flow and pressure checks, and alarm function tests. Test records are handed over with the system.
Yes. We provide preventive maintenance, inspection of manifolds, valves, alarms and outlets, and troubleshooting support for installed systems. See Services & Support or contact our team to set up a maintenance plan.
